Goods are stored from the high - end and slide to the low - end for
pickup, following the first - in - first - out order. This is
suitable for goods with a shelf - life requirement, effectively
ensuring the freshness and quality of the goods

of the goods within a safe range. A separator is installed at the
shipping end to facilitate the removal of goods by handling
machinery. Meanwhile, a buffer device is installed at the lowest

Working Principle

The rack working principle as following.
1. The higher end is equipped with guide rail.
2. Pallet is placed on the higher end and flow down under the
function of its gravity.
3. Guide rail make the pallet flow in the right direction.
4. Damping systems are equipped along the roller line to make the
pallet flow down with speed around 200mm per second.
5. Separator is placed on the lower end with its position between
the first pallet and the second one.
6. When first pallet reaches the lowest end, separator start work
and prevents the second pallet from flowing down. After the first
pallet is picked up, the separator release, and the second pallet
takes the pick-up position.
