Electric Mobile Racking, also known as Mobile Shelving or Mobile Pallet Racking, is a high-density storage solution that maximizes warehouse space by eliminating multiple aisles. The racks are mounted on mobile bases that move along rails installed in the warehouse floor, allowing access to only one working aisle at a time.
This intelligent system increases warehouse utilization by up to 80%–85%, while still maintaining 100% selectivity of stored goods. It is widely used in cold storage, pharmaceutical warehouses, archives, and high-value product storage.

Features: The traditional static pallet rack needs a fixed aisle between two rows of racks, which occupies too much storage space, while the mobile rack only needs one aisle to produce higher warehouse storage capacity, and the warehouse utilization rate can reach about 80% to 90%.

Working Principle

Two rows of back-to-back racks are installed on the mobile base in a group, in a multi-group arrangement, each base is equipped with multiple rollers and drive motors. Two ways to lay the floor rails:

2. Laying the floor rail on the ground floor of the new warehouse (directly when the warehouse floor is built, the floor rail is pre-buried, and the ground and floor rails are leveled flat)

The first layer of concrete is poured to a depth of 100MM and then the floor rail is laid, and then the second layer is poured to the horizontal plane.
