This steel pallets are specifically designed for ASRA. Due to the high requirements for the various equipment operating in the ASRS, ASRS pallets have higher requirements in accuracy, dimensional tolerance, deflection, uniformity, and other aspects compared to ordinary steel pallets. The ASRS pallets is usually a four-way fork, which can more flexibly adapt to equipment such as stackers. Its legs are usually welded with grooves to prevent barcodes.

Anti slip treatment of steel pallets

Due to the fact that goods placed on pallets are usually stacked very high, in order to avoid sliding, tilting or even tipping of the goods, steel pallets must be treated with anti slip measures.
The common anti slip treatment methods for steel pallets mainly include the following:

1. Bend the steel tray panels or purchase patterned panels directly. In this way, the steel tray panel itself has a certain friction force. Make the placed goods difficult to move.
2. Install anti slip pads on the steel tray panel and stick them around the tray panel to secure the stored items in place.
3. Equipped with anti sliding blocks on the support legs of the steel tray, it helps to prevent slipping and generate friction with the ground. Secondly, avoid scratching the ground when forklifts transport pallets.

The load-bearing capacity of steel pallets

1. Load refers to the larger net weight that can be lifted at once by an electric forklift or a manual hydraulic pallet electric transport vehicle. The general storage shelf pallets can carry a load of 1.5T-2T, the standard pallets can carry a load of 1T, and the ultra light pallets can carry a load of 0.5T.
2. The static load test refers to the larger net weight that the steel tray at the bottom of the stack can bear. Unlike wood plastic pallets, steel pallets have higher stiffness and greater dynamic loads.
3. The load-bearing capacity of storage shelves refers to the larger net weight allowed when placing goods packaged on steel pallets at the storage shelves.
4. It is important to pay attention to the differences in load, static load tests, and the load of storage shelves compared to the load of vertical warehouses. The difference in bearing capacity is closely related to the structure of storage shelves, working temperature, and storage logistics cycle time. Generally, steel pallets can carry a load of 0.7T-1T on the pallet shelf, while the standard steel pallet can carry a load of 0.4T-0.6T.
